The opening of Artisan Pizza in Parker, Colorado is the fulfillment of a decade-long dream of Jon and Sandra Liberati. Having lived in Parker for the better part of two decades, the Liberatis felt like the community deserved a more personalized approach to pizza and the fast-casual dining alternatives. After building out the business throughout 2016, Artisan Pizza opened near the corner of Parker Rd. and Hilltop in January 2017. Artisan offers a full menu of 11-inch signature pizzas made with fresh, hand-crafted dough that is made in house every morning.
